Printer Showing Offline

It sounds like you're experiencing printing problems. If you have followed the above steps and are still not able to print, please review these troubleshooting tips:

- Push the power button on your printer. Does it turn on?   Support for Windows operating systems can be found here , support for Mac operating systems can be found here .

- Check the nozzle check pattern to see if your printer has ink. (Support for Windows can be found here, support for Mac can be found here.)

- If you are unable to print from a computer, remove the power cord from your printer showing offline and then plug it back in after 30 seconds. Try printing again. If this does not work, please continue with the troubleshooting steps below.

- If you are unable to print from your phone or tablet, remove the power cord from your printer showing offline. Then remove the paper from the rollers. Check if you have paper in your printer. If no paper is detected, please continue with the troubleshooting steps below.

- Do you have a USB flash drive plugged into a USB port on your computer? If yes, disconnect that USB flash drive from your computer and/or printer and then start over again as this could be causing connection issues between the printer and computer.
